The proceedings will be published in two forms: hard copy and e-copy.

Wie lassen sich Kreativität, Innovation und Excellenz fördern?
Mit dieser und darauf bezogenen Fragen wird sich die zweite Konferenz des International Center for Innovation in Education (ICIE) besch äftigen. Sie findet in der letzten Augustwoche 2009 (24.-27. August 2009) an der Universit ät Ulm statt. Neben zahlreichen einschl ägigen Experten (darunter bekannte Bildungspolitiker/innen, Nobelpreistr äger und einschl ägige Forscher/innen) werden vielf ältige Präsentationen, Workshops (sowohl forschungs- als auch praxisorientiert) stattfinden. Die Beitr äge erfolgen in englischer Sprache. Die Teilnehmer dürfen außerdem auch ein attraktives Rahmenprogramm und zus ätzliche Leistungen erwarten.
Themenbereiche der Konferenz sind (derzeitiger Stand):
- Kreativitätsförderung von Vorschule bis Universit ät.
- Begabtenförderung.
- Effektive Lernumgebungen.
- Elektronisches Lernen (e-Learning).
- Lehrerausbildung.
- Förderprogramme für Schülerinnen und Schüler.
- Programmentwicklung: Beispiele, Planungsmodelle und -bestandteile, Implementierung und Auswertung.
- Lehren und Lernen.
- Innovationsförderung in Bildungsorganisationen.
- Konfliktregelung und Friedenserziehung.
Das Konferenzangebot wird sowohl für Lehrkr äfte, Bildungsplaner, Berater und Programmentwickler interessant sein als auch für Eltern, Studierende, und hochbegabte Schülerinnen und Schüler.
Die Konferenzgebühr betr ägt €300 und schließt alle Serviceleistungen ein. Lehrkr äften und Eltern aus dem deutschsprachigen Raum wird bei den Konferenzgebühren entgegengekommen (€100 Nachlass auf die Konferenzgebühr). Die Teilnahme an zwei Workshops wird für diese Teilnehmer au ßerdem um 50% reduziert (auf € 50).
